We, as a Court Appointed Receiver, are empowered by the court to take custody of the property of a business enterprise, through the judge’s order, whether for a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, L.L.C., charity or recognized form. Receivership is a consultancy service usually found to be a more feasible solution than bankruptcy or in cases of shareholder disputes, in that bankruptcy is litigation and is often associated with more cost.

We, as receiver manage all of the assets in and manage payment of the creditor obligations from the liquidated asset proceeds.
